About Our Center
Founded by the world-renowned Kabbalist, expert in Kundalini yoga and the founder of Naam Yoga Joseph Michael Levry (known by his spiritual name, Gurunam), this center was created to inspire enlightenment of its students through the practice of self-healing. Yoga in New York City is very diverse. At Universal Force Healing Center, you will find a community where you may pursue many paths of learning, from Naam Yoga, Kundalini, Iyengar Yoga and Power Vinyasa Yoga to lectures on Universal Kabbalah to our outstanding Naam Yoga teacher training series.

Newcomers are always a vital part of our growing community, and find our friendly environment a perfect place to try yoga for the first time. First time yoga students may sample our many yoga classes by purchasing a 1 month Unlimited Class package for $50.
Our non-profit organization is dedicated to teaching the fundamental principles of how to heal yourself. Now more than ever, it is vital to understand that all true, complete healing must emanate from within, through our spiritual practices and how we act in the world. Even if our physical health is perfect, there are always areas in our lives that we believe could be improved, from our relationships to our finances to our general state of happiness. We are here to be a catalyst for you by providing classes, teachers and healers which will encourage you to flourish and thrive.
We also offer many forms of massage and energetic bodywork in our tranquil Healing Room. Our skilled, compassionate staff is expert in practices that include Swedish, Thai and Shiatsu massage, as well as lymphatic drainage. Other diverse treatments include Reiki, cranial sacral therapy and Harmonyum, an energetic healing system developed by Gurunam and available only at Universal Force Healing Center.
Experience our inspirational classes, held in a bright, peaceful studio space that receives nourishing energy from the sunlight that pours in from the oversized skylight overhead. Ground yourself as you practice the many uplifting styles of yoga we offer and feel completely renewed as you learn to reconnect deeply with your true, eternal Self.

Our beautiful center is rapidly expanding for which we are thankful and very excited. Alas, we speak for everyone in happily professing that we can no longer keep up! The Universal Force Healing Center is looking for service minded people who would be able to assist us in various area's through out our beloved Center. We are especially looking for volunteer service in areas such as graphic art, marketing support, customer service, cleaning and very importantly, maintenance. Maintenance could include any talents ranging from light carpentry to everyday things. As we continue to grow, the principle of Aleph and the support of our community is vital.
