Naam's Blessings
The power of Universal Kabbalah combined with Naam has proven its benefits to me numerous times. I have seen, firsthand, the power of a united community combined with the Naam/Divine Spiritual Wisdom. My Mother who was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer is now strong and thriving. Through commitment, a community of dedicated Universal Kabbalists/Naam Yogi’s, and Gurunam who directed us to recite certain prayers at 2:00am in the morning, she continues to amaze her doctors with her healing. My Mother is an inspiration to all and at 87 years young, leads an active life. This is the power of Naam and the love of a strong community.

For more than 23 years I designed, managed and built a vast array of corporate interior projects for Fortune 500 Companies, as well as working privately for JPMorganChase. Being educated in Interiors and Fine Arts, I watched my high profile career escalate, as I followed my dream. The work and lifestyle depleted me of energy and vitality and I knew I needed to bring healing into my own life. Having come to Universal Force Healing Center and through experiencing a deep and profound energetic shift within, Naam changed my entire life. There was an immediate connection and rebirth, so much so, that I took a leave from work to follow my dream and went to India to study and obtain a certification in Kundalini Yoga, preparing me for the journey ahead with Naam Yoga Therapies. Through love, support and commitment, I found solace at Universal Force Healing Center and a true “family” that has nurtured my spirit. This is where I have learned to develop my own spiritual practice. Naam Yoga has opened up doors for me that before had never existed. My life has shifted in such a way that the universe is at work for me; as if my personal roadmap is unraveling itself each and every day.

I do not take for granted the fact that I live in New York and have this oasis of healing and community so close. I am very proud and fortunate to be an active Naam Yoga Therapies instructor as well as a member of the Naam Yoga Therapies Training Team, enabling others to become certified teachers of Naam Yoga. This work has allowed me to touch the lives of many. I actively continue to study DSW and practice Harmonyum Healing. Through this work, I am able to direct people to the path of their own heart. As in this life, it is all about the heart. As I transform my life from the corporate world into my own world of design and healing, I commit to aiding people in their personal transformation. I continue to create sacred and healing interior spaces, as well as personal jewelry/gemstone design for clients; all on a smaller scale and with intent and consciousness, and all based on the Laws of the Universe.

Currently, I am focusing on bringing these tools to a broader audience. Recently, I had the opportunity to present this miraculous work to Odyssey House, one of NYC’s top drug and alcohol rehabilitation establishments. Odyssey House is a premier health care facility offering inpatient and outpatient programs, family care, all girls programs, adolescent/young adults, adult, as well as elder care programs. Odyssey House has an overwhelmingly large presence in NYC. I know in my heart these tools will help those with substance abuse issues, aiding their self-esteem, self worth and their need to reconnect with themselves through embracing faith, love and hope. My innate ability to connect with others on a deep level will enable me to spread this Great Work. My life is so richly blessed since Naam has found its way into my heart. I am filled with immense gratitude for having found my spiritual teacher and Master, Joseph Michael Levry (Gurunam). His teachings, patience, guidance and encouragement have shaped the person I have dreamed of becoming. I am honored, humbled, and wish to give thanks to this ever expanding community of Light, for this has led me to create a new life and new vision for myself, as well as the world we live in. I continually give thanks and reverence to the Source from which it has come.

The Vastness of Naam/DSW

Eight years ago I walked through the door of Universal Force Healing Center. A slightly cynical veteran of the corporate world, I was searching for something I couldn't name at that point in my life. Like most of us, I was naturally inclined to good. However, I had spent enough long hours in the business “trenches” that I was armored, resistant, skeptical, anxious and at times, quite angry. What I was seeking was an antidote to all of those things that had not been cured by material success. It’s ironic that I had so much (career, relationship, a comfortable and dynamic NYC lifestyle) and yet, my experience of myself, more often then not, was moody, exhausted and miserable.

Yoga was the last thing that I thought would heal me and set me on my true path. Along with many other spiritual teachings, I had attended many yoga classes and hadn’t been impressed. I wasn’t looking to stand on my head or for a “keep fit” regimen. As a former athlete, I knew how to do both. I wanted to be elevated and to regain internal harmony, creativity, healing and self-love. Complete healing was my goal and nothing had been able put an end to the slow process of self-destruction through anger, fear and anxiety.

I took a first step through the doors of Universal Force Healing Center and subsequently met Joseph Michael Levry (Gurunam). Our initial meeting stopped me in my tracks. Everything Gurunam said was right on and through his continued support, he created the space for me to truly be my most authentic self and share my gifts with the world. Gurunam’s continued belief in me, support of my dreams and intensive study at Universal Force Healing Center not only healed me but enabled me to connect with the visionary within. I am extremely grateful for Gurunam’s belief in me, backing and mentoring of my individual growth/healing. I am most grateful for Gurunam’s complete support of my dream to expand the teachings across all sectors of society for a Naam infused world.

My personal experience of the teachings of Naam/DSW is vast thanks to the wealth of classes at Universal Force Healing Center. For this support, I am very grateful. In addition to my own growth, it gives me the tools to serve effectively in the world. The extent of the complete healing and transformation of my health, life and by extension, the lives of those I live and work with are complete and beyond words. I greet each day with great vitality, a better brain; empowered to deal with complex problems and able to effectively manage my internal, emotional landscape. I am no longer a prisoner to fear, anger, anxiety and mental duality.

Inspired by my own life altering experience of Naam, I left my longstanding career to launch NAAM Coaching and Leadership Consulting. My mission is to expand the teachings to the corporate world. This mission comes from a deep, heartfelt desire to bring about conscious change on a broad level. Naam inspires integrity on a level that recognizes a triple bottom line ~ people, planet and profit (in that order). Naam takes care of the human brain in a way that people are able to transcend their small and selfish needs and work with the humanity it takes to build something good and ethical. Naam in the workplace does not end there but extends to the families of those whose experience of themselves has been forever transformed.

Through the application of Naam, I have watched many transformations on an organizational and individual level. These transformations expand far beyond their immediate realm. Of note…

  • The Microsoft executive who works with mudras and is able to raise her productivity levels. The result is more quality time with her husband/children.
  • The same executive who then taught her son a series of mudras. His ADD has improved and he is completing his homework with more joy and less frustration. His grades reflect his use of these powerful tools.
  • The former president of a major entertainment company who learned to alleviate his anger/rage through regular practice of breathwork. His marriage improved as did his chronic back pain and he went on to realize his vision of starting his own company.
  • The management-consulting executive who is able to access flow states, and lead with consciousness is solving complex problems with ease and grace as well as instituting a mandatory community service requirement of all members of her team are now commonplace for her.
  • The fashion executive, who turned a burnt-out, stressed out under performing department into one of the happiest and most productive in the company.
  • The partner in a law firm who meditates morning and night. She requires that her clients and associates do breathwork before they begin meetings. She reports that she is able to save her clients’ time; money and situations that would normally be quite combative are often resolved harmoniously. She says her home life has improved substantially because she doesn't’t bring her work stress home. She feels that work/life balance is no longer a theory but a reality.
  • The hospital executive who is interested in bringing a Naam training program to a major medical school and making Naam a mandatory requirement for all residents.

There are many more stories of the positive impact of Naam in the corporate world and by extension, beyond. Millions of lives each day are touched in some way by business, and business is in need of a spiritual technology that is sophisticated and sufficiently vast to address the complex human and organizational needs in a global economy/marketplace. There is nothing like Naam. It takes care of the human brain fostering sustainable integrity; it cures anger, anxiety and fear; it makes flow and harmony possible even in the most pressurized environment. Imagine the impact on the world as the business community is able to access love and trust, giving them the ability to make decisions with integrity, connect people and leverage harmony/diversity for positive outcomes.

DSW/Naam are so vast they are applicable across all sectors of society. Various people in the community worldwide are doing diverse things with the teachings. This expansion must be applauded and supported by the entire Naam community. The expansion across sectors is simply good for the world and good for building awareness of the teachings. I invite us all to come together in a shared mission of expanding the teachings across different sectors of society. Imagine what we can accomplish together by fostering through Naam, a sense of social obligation and a philosophy of making decisions with love, compassion and great care for the world.

Naam Gets Juicy

In 2007 I was introduced to Naam Yoga at Universal Force Healing Center. I had a successful Wall Street career, the house in the Hamptons, and the expensive vacations and fancy dinners. It was a life most people would be envious of and yet my heart was not in any of it. I was looking for a deeper meaning and had no idea that the simple answer was inside myself and would manifest the way it did. I always had an interest in healthy eating and healing and was dreaming of finding a way to make that my life, rather than have it be my fall back for when my “life” got too hectic or toxic, which, when one lives in New York City, can be a daily battle.

When I met Gurunam, he inspired me through Divine Spiritual Wisdom, to follow my heart and help heal people with my knowledge, energy and compassion. Three months into the Naam Yoga Therapies Training I founded The Juicy Naam, which now has two locations in the Hamptons. It quickly became the premier place on Long Island’s East End to come and experience healthy food and healing. The Juicy Naam is an organic farm stand featuring seasonal local produce, organic juice bar, yoga studio and wellness spa, and also is a place where people can find the best superfoods and products for healing.

Since we opened our doors I have facilitated cleanses for over 200 people. The Juicy Naam Cleanse is a completely customized protocol based in Universal Kabbalah. Each client is guided through a process which includes a complete health evaluation and analysis of their planetary influences. Many of our health issues and emotional imbalances come through planetary influences and knowing one’s personal planetary influences is crucial to understanding how to heal oneself.

I have seen clients with ADD, OCD, anxiety and depression, chronic back pain, gastrointestinal issues, allergies, food issues, Candida and parasites, and a litany of other states of “dis-ease” literally be cured over the course of a cleanse through the use of the proper juices, foods, herbs, meditation, and healing treatments. Often times it is about figuring out the one thing a person is doing that is adversely affecting their health, and creating an alternative that fits with their lifestyle. I have been especially effective with my clients because I understand that they have busy lives and many social, business and family commitments, and together, we are able to devise a plan that will help them make a lasting change for better health that ultimately becomes part of their new blueprint for a more vibrant and meaningful life.

I am always on the cutting edge of new techniques and products which I bring to my clients with enthusiasm and their healing as first priority. I travel extensively to wellness and detox centers and work one on one with the top practitioners in the field to bring the best ideas, products and methods to my clients.

I am also trained in Harmonyum Healing which is an energy treatment also based in Universal Kabbalah. Harmonyum raises the vibratory frequency of the body so that it can begin to heal itself. Under Gurunam’s guidance, I have incorporated the treatments as part of the Cleanse and have watched as clients transform and heal at a much faster pace.
