Harmonyum Training FAQ
What should I do to prepare for the training weekend?
Reading any of Joseph Michael Levry's work will help – from the newsletters posted on www.rootlight.com to his books, especially The Divine Doctor and The Healing Fire of Heaven – as you begin your studies. The following is a complete list of the books that are required for Level III certification.
- Lifting the Veil
- The Alchemy of Love
- The Divine Doctor
- The Healing Fire of Heaven
- The Code of the Masters
For those who have purchased The Code of the Masters, it will be helpful to study the mudras at the beginning of the book and the Lion's Heart Mudra Series.
Since the Harmonyum Healing System is born out of Universal Kabbalah, we also recommend that you begin to acquire a basic understanding of Universal Kabbalah. If you do not know your Kabbalistic natal chart (your primary, secondary, tertiary, quaternary and quinary planets), please access the Akashic record on www.rootlight.com and select the Natal Vibration bar to obtain your personal natal chart.
What should I bring?
Anything that will keep you comfortable throughout the weekend: meditation pillows, low-backed chairs, sheepskins, clothing layers, socks, water, snacks, a notebook and pens for taking notes. Blankets and yoga mats are provided by Universal Force Healing Center. Water and snacks can be purchased at the front desk.
Is there anything special I should wear?
When giving Harmonyum, it is recommended, but not mandatory, that you wear clothing made of natural fibers of a lighter color, including white. Depending on the season, as temperatures can fluctuate outside and affect the heating/cooling system of the studio, it is also recommended to bring some layers of clothing. And don't forget to check the weather forecast for appropriate outdoor clothing.
What can I expect when I arrive?
The doors will open for check-in at 1:00 pm. When you arrive, you will see that there will be many stations set up. The first thing you will be asked to do is to turn in the paperwork that is at the end of this document, or to fill it out on site, should you not have it with you. The staff member who receives your paperwork will check your name against the registered student list; if, at this time, you still have payment arrangements to fulfill, you will be directed to the register where someone will help you.
Once you have turned in your paperwork and it is confirmed that you are registered, you will be directed towards the name tag station, followed by the student materials station, where you will receive a folder and a manual.
At this point you, will be free to put any belongings (coats, shoes, extra bags, etc.) in the coat room and welcome to find a place in the studio, where the course will be held.
How can I expect to feel throughout the weekend?
This is subjective, but it is common to have a desire to remain quiet in the times between sessions to let yourself integrate and assimilate what you've received. It is recommended that you take some time between sessions to review your notes, either by yourself or with other students. This will allow you to discover your questions before you leave for home.
You may also find yourself feeling excessively energetic or needing to be social. In general, we recommend that you avoid very noisy places or environments that have a lot of stimulation.
As a first-time Harmonyum I/II student, what support can I look forward to once the training weekend is over?
Upon successful completion of your first training, you will receive an apprentice membership in the Universal Force International Harmonyum Association (UFIHA). Your tuition for the training course includes the cost of the four-month membership. UFIHA is an organization that assists Harmonyum students in building their practices, supports a high level of continuing education that fosters community between Harmonyum students and educates the public about Harmonyum's efficacy.
