- The step-by-step Alchemy of Fertility for both men and women
- Working with the Moon Cycle to maximize fertility and prepare for creation
- How men can take an active role both before and during pregnancy and after childbirth
- Learn to comfort and educate pregnant women as their bodies embrace new life
- Learn what to expect throughout the stages of pregnancy
- Asanas and pranayam for all stages of pre- and post-natal pregnancy, including important modifications
- Therapeutic pre-natal techniques, prayers and meditations for instructing clients in the art of transforming the seed into gold
- Naam Yoga classes to support hormone health and fertility for both men and women
- Contraindicated poses during pregnancy
- How to teach Naam Yoga Pre-natal Classes using the Naam Yoga Pre-natal structure
- Elements of required Doula education as outlined by DONA. (Participants can continue on their own to achieve Doula Certification through completion of all of the national requirements required by DONA)
- Receive the scientific knowledge of pregnancy and childbirth

Students that were unable to attend Module 1 in November 2009 are fully encouraged to join the upcoming Module 2 portion of the training on March 24-28, 2010. New students as of March we be enrolled to complete the training by taking Module 1 when it is repeated on November 11-14, 2010.
